For every 100 baht you spend in buying on the White Crane website, you automatically receive 2 reward points. 1point is equivalent to 1 baht

Simply to redeem your points

• You can choose to redeem your rewards from the reward platform on the website.
• Just fill up your delivery address in the form to avail the redemption of the prize.

For redemption

1. Members can choose to use their accumulated points to redeem rewards by using their reward points to convert the specified item.
2. Members can redeem their rewards on the White Crane website only.
3. Redemption of the reward is effective until December 31, 2022 (if there is any changes in the period of the event the company will notify to the members in advance).
4. The company reserves the right to use the reward points to redeem rewards only for those active company's members as of the date of issue and in accordance with the conditions by the company regulation.

Delivery of prizes

1. Cash Back Redemption Coupon The company will take note the cash back amount into the member's reward points within 7 working days from the date the company approves the redemption of the cash back coupon.
2. Redeem rewards The company will deliver the prize to the address that members notify in the redemption form. The company provides domestic delivery service only. The company will deliver the rewards to the members within 15 days from the date the company receives the complete redemption form from the members and has approved by the company’s redemption prize committee when the specified prize is available.
3. Receiving of rewards Members must check the rewards and must be in good condition without any broken or damaged before signing every time when claiming the prize. The company reserves the right not to accept, exchange, return, or any compensation for any prizes that have been signed and received in any way. If there is any dispute in respect of defects, defects or errors in relation to the prize, members can notify them through the contact channels on the website.
4. Other terms and conditions 1. In case of some prizes being not available on the time of redemption. The company reserves the right to change or substitute a prize of similar quality and price without prior notice. 2. All rewards are VAT included When the transaction has been deducted from the reward points it cannot be canceled, changed or redeemed for cash in any case.
5. Cancellation of the company's membership. Reward points and redemption privileges will be canceled immediately and cannot be transferred or exchanged in cash or other rights.
6. The company reserves the right to change, cancel, amended the list of prizes. Redemption period details including the accumulation of points and the time of the accumulated points as deemed appropriate without prior notice. In the case of a dispute the Company's decision is followed.

Collection points

1. Members who purchase on the White Crane website (hereinafter referred to, as the “Company”) for every 100 baht spend will receive 2 points, which is 1 point equal to 1 baht. (1 point=1 Baht). Member's points will be automatically accumulated in member's personal information. It will appear in the member's personal information on the company’s website. Members can check their own accumulated points through the company’s website.
2. Reward points will be calculated based on the amount of the products purchased by a member. For domestic purchasing of the products, the company will inform the member's personal information on the website the current point status on a monthly basis.
3. Points earned are valid for 2 years in the end of each year's accrual period. (the period for accumulating points during the year starting from July 1st to June 30th of the following year), for example, all points earned in between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022, will expire on June 30, 2024 for all accumulated points earned. Between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, will expire on June 30, 2025, etc.
4. Only active members can redeem the points of reward. To redeem points of rewards must be at least 30 days before the points expire (in the case of membership cancellation members, members can only redeem points of rewards before canceling their membership otherwise all accumulated points will be canceled immediately and cannot be transferred, exchanged to cash or any other rights.
5. Newly active members can automatically join the sequence.
